Interactive PDF

Overview

I designed this interactive PDF as a worksheet for the E-learning module "Setting Your SMART Goals".  The original introduction for writing a SMART goal is a little text-heavy. By applying Universal Design for Learning, I made the content visually appealing and added clickable links to audio and videos to make content more accessible and engage online learners. The SMART goal template on the last page is fillable so learners can also download the PDF file and use it as an efile.
